RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days after receiving the item.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return,  your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, you must fit the criteria below and your item must be returned to our warehouse. 

It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns without prior advise from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:

  • Change of mind 
  • Item/s that have been used/worn/altered
  • Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
  • Item/s that have been damaged due to improper use
  • Item/s that are correct but not working due to not compatible with your phone (kindly check each product page on android/ios compatibility)

To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping cost.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you returned an item to our warehouse kindly give up to 25 business days for the return to be processed. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If upon inspection the items shows damage that was not present upon delivery  to you then the refund can be denied. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



DAMAGED / NOT AS DESCRIBED / MISSING FEATURES


If the item you received is damaged you have 7 days upon delivery to claim a refund or replacement.

Photo or video proof will be required before receiving a refund or replacement.

If you are unable to provide a photo/video showing the damage then you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damaged items due to improper use will not be valid for a refund/exchange. 

 

MISSING SHIPMENT

For Missing Shipments - just contact us at support@trendyvibes.co with your order number, we will ship a replacement immediately.

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be by the advise 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

Refund process take between 3-7 business days to complete

The refund will be granted directly to the same method you used to purchase in our store(PayPal, Credit/Debit Card)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
